The page itself arrived, so the server is answering — but its script did not run. The usual reasons are a content blocker or privacy extension refusing it, or a copy of this page held by a proxy that is older than the file it asks for.

A reload that bypasses the cache is the first thing to try: Shift and reload, or Cmd+Shift+R. If it stays, the browser console names what was refused.
